The main language in Guatemala is Spanish.

Like many of the countries around Guatemala and in Latin america, practice Catholicism.

Guatemala’s foods are influenced by the country’s Mayan and Spanish cultures. It also received influences from African and Caribbean cultures. the country also has influenced from the recent vegetarian/vegan movement. One of Guatemala’s dishes is called Chiles rellenos, which are make with  Chile peppers stuffed with rice, cheese, meat and vegetables, served with tortilla and tomato sauce.

 

Guatemala celebrates All saints day, which is a day that they celebrate all the saints.

Their independence day is September 17 .
