Mongolia is located in central Asia and is in both the northern and eastern hemispheres. The absolute location of Mongolia is 46° N, 104° E. Mongolia is different from some of the countries it is around because unlike some of them Mongolia is land locked so it is not by an coastlines. In Mongolia the climate is much like desert which is different from china which is has tropical in the south and sub arctic in the north. Also Mongolia has desert and mountains in it like some other countries near Mongolia.
